Refund Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled for paid Leadpipe products and subscriptions. It applies to purchases of services provided by LP SOFT LTD (“Leadpipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15570521, whose registered office is Spaceworks Building, 21 Plumbers Row, London, United Kingdom E1 1AG. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. LP SOFT LTD is the seller and merchant of record for Leadpipe subscriptions; Stripe acts as our payment processor and handles the secure capture and settlement of card and other supported payments on our behalf. Because we are the merchant of record, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled directly by us under this Policy, and nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Stripe is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment-security certification. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure, encrypted fields and tokenised by Stripe; we do not collect or store full card numbers on our own servers. Stripe’s processing of payment data is also governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe; the currency of your transaction is shown at checkout.
1. Statutory cooling-off and the right to cancel
Where you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a refund, subject to the conditions of that law. For digital services and content, you may be asked to acknowledge that supply begins immediately and that, by requesting immediate access, you agree that your right to withdraw may be lost or reduced once the service has been fully performed or you have begun to use it. This Policy does not remove any non-waivable statutory right you hold.
2. Discretionary refunds within 14 days
Beyond any statutory right, we may approve a refund where a request is made within 14 days of purchase or of the most recent renewal charge. Refunds outside this window are granted only at our discretion, for example where required by law or where there has been a clear billing error or material failure of the service. Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed on the facts of each request.
3. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Leadpipe subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Leadpipe account billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund the current billing period. When you cancel, you generally retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription ends and recurring charges stop.
Charges for a renewal that has already occurred are treated like any other purchase under this Policy: a refund of a renewal charge is available within the 14-day window described above, and otherwise at our discretion. We recommend cancelling before a renewal date to avoid being charged for a period you do not intend to use.
4. Usage-based and consumed services
Some Leadpipe features are usage-based or consume credits, lookups, or identified records as you use them. Amounts already consumed, delivered, or processed are non-refundable except where required by law, because the underlying service has been performed. Where a refund is approved for a partly consumed period or allowance, it may be reduced to reflect the portion already used.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancel a subscription, contact us at support@leadpipe.com from, or referencing, the email address used for the purchase. Please include the Stripe receipt or invoice number from your payment confirmation email and the reason for your request, so we can locate the transaction and respond promptly.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by us through Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and is outside our control; it commonly takes several business days and may take longer for some methods. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction; any difference arising from currency conversion or fees charged by your payment provider is not within our control. A refund of a subscription charge ends access to the paid features associated with that charge.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@leadpipe.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, it is managed through Stripe with the relevant card network or payment provider, and we may provide transaction records as evidence. To prevent abuse and fraud, accounts subject to a chargeback or payment reversal may have access suspended pending resolution, and we reserve the right to decline future transactions associated with a disputed payment method.
8. Free trials and promotions
Where a free trial, discount, or promotion is offered, its conditions are disclosed at the point of sign-up. During a free trial you will not be charged. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts into a paid subscription and the applicable fee is charged automatically to your payment method via Stripe. Charges made after a trial converts are handled under the refund terms above.
9. Fraud, abuse, and ineligible requests
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this Policy (for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles), violation of our Terms of Service, or where a request falls outside the conditions described here and is not otherwise required by law. Each request is assessed in good faith and on its own facts.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our payment arrangements, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the latest changes took effect. Material changes will apply to purchases made after they are posted. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that transaction.
