Native in your stack pixels, APIs, webhooks, your UX

Branded first-party pixel

Run identification from your domain and customer flows so users never bounce to another vendor’s app to see who visited.

Programmatic by default

Provision properties, pull resolved visitors, and subscribe to webhooks, your systems stay current without CSV gymnastics or dashboard scraping.

Packaged as your SKU

Expose name-level ID, firmographics, and intent inside the surfaces you already sell. Differentiate renewals with data competitors still iframe in.

People, not companies

Named contacts

Resolve sessions in your own UI

Return name, email, firmographics, and page history through APIs you control, so “who was on the site?” lives in your app, portal, or embedded analytics, not a tab sales opens elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

How does the free trial work?

7 days or 500 identified profiles, whichever comes first. Full product access. No credit card required. Most US visitors are identified within minutes of installing the pixel.

What match rates should I expect?

B2B: 30-40%+ on US traffic. B2C: 30-50%+ on US traffic. Match rate depends on traffic quality and geography. Person-level identification is US-only; EU and UK traffic defaults to company-level under GDPR.

How fast is setup?

About 5 minutes. One JavaScript pixel, no developer required. The pixel is the only install step before identifications start flowing into your dashboard, CRM, or webhook endpoint.

Billing & credits

How is a credit counted?

One unique person equals one credit. Repeat visits by the same identified person do not consume additional credits, regardless of how many sessions or pages they view.

What happens when I hit my credit limit?

The pixel pauses identification automatically. There are no overage charges. Identifications resume when your billing cycle resets, or you can upgrade plans mid-cycle.

Are the prices monthly?

Yes. Prices are shown per month so plans are easy to compare. Quarterly and annual billing are also available with discounts (typically 17% off quarterly, 26% off annual). Agency and platform deals are negotiated with sales.

Compliance & privacy

Is Leadpipe legal?

Yes. Leadpipe uses compliant B2B identity data sourced from opted-in partners and public records. It is registered as a data broker in California, Texas, Vermont, and Oregon. CCPA compliant. No covert consumer tracking.

What about GDPR?

Person-level identification is US-only by design. Leadpipe actively blocks EU and UK traffic from person-level matching, defaulting those visitors to company-level data only. GDPR person-level requirements do not apply when the product is used as designed.

What about CCPA?

Leadpipe is CCPA compliant and uses only consented, compliant data sources. Outbound campaigns built on Leadpipe data should include an unsubscribe link to remain compliant. A DPA and subprocessor list are available on request.

Integrations

What integrations does Leadpipe support?

200+ integrations: CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Zoho), outbound tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft), ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), Slack alerts, real-time webhooks, REST API (23 endpoints), MCP server (27 tools for Claude/Cursor/Codex), Zapier, n8n, and Segment.

Agencies & partners

I am an agency. Can I offer Leadpipe to my clients?

Yes. The Agency plan supports a master and sub-account structure. Agencies can manage client trials, users, and billing centrally. Many agencies run Leadpipe as a recurring revenue stream for their clients.

Does Leadpipe offer white-label?

Yes, white-label is available for agencies and platform partners. The Agency plan at $1,279 per month includes white-label dashboards, custom domains, and unlimited clients. Contact sales@leadpipe.com for platform-tier white-label.

Is there an affiliate program?

Yes. 20% recurring commission. Contact sales@leadpipe.com for partner-program details.

Common concerns

What is the catch?

There is no catch. No per-seat fees, no annual contracts, no minimum commit. Cancel anytime. Pricing is published transparently and indexed in this page's structured data.

What if Leadpipe does not work for my site?

The 500-identification free trial is meant to surface that quickly. No credit card to start. If the match rate or contact data is not useful for your traffic, do not pay.
